Human Resource Generalist

About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Philadelphia and help drive key HR initiatives across the organization. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner in shaping the employee experience — from writing and improving company policies to supporting workforce planning, leading talent acquisition efforts, and managing the performance review process.
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Support workforce planning and organizational staffing needs
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and candidate experience
- Coordinate performance reviews and support manager coaching
- Partner with leadership and legal for best-in-class employee relations and HR practices
- Help ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws throughout the USA
Requirements
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
- Experience with policy writing, recruiting, workforce planning, and performance management
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- HR certification is a plus

Pay
$75,000-$90,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonus
