Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities

• Cook orientation sessions for new hires.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Address performance issues and assist with improvement plans.
• Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Service Contract Act [SCA] or Collective Bargaining Agreements [CBA] experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with performance management.
• Able to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Estimated Starting Salary Range for HR Generalist: $85,000/year Pay commensurate with experience.
