Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and onboarding packets
- Cook up pre-employment screenings and background checks
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of all required forms
- Enter new hire information into HRIS and payroll systems
- Serve as a sounding board for employees and resolve issues
- Support recruitment activities as needed (posting jobs, screening applicants, printing resumes, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- SHRM certification preferred
- Working knowledge of ADP required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in recruiting required
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
Shift
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 27,000 locations and growing.

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
