Human Resource Coordinator

Position Responsibilities

• Cook up and assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and selection of new Team Members.
• Facilitate Team Member training and development, leveraging corporate training programs.
• Utilize company software to optimize payroll efficiency.
• Handle and resolve Team Member concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Team Member-related programs and policies, including the drug-free workplace program.

Skills/Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources is preferred but not required.
