This full-time position is based in the U.S. and reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to offboarding departing employees. You will be responsible for coordinating onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting HR operations, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
