About the role
Clark Personnel is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team!
Responsibilities
- Review new-hire requisitions and confirm that all required documentation has been received.
- Prepare and send out offer letters and employment agreements.
- Initiate background checks, drug screens, and reference checks.
- Verify candidate eligibility to work (I-9 documentation).
- Create new hire profiles in the HRIS/ATS system.
- Send welcome emails and pre-boarding packets.
- Schedule orientation sessions and share agendas.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials (handbooks, benefit guides, policies).
- Cook up with IT for email, system logins, and equipment setup.
- Ensure workstations, badges, and parking passes are ready.
- Track completion of required onboarding forms (direct deposit, W-4, benefits enrollment).
- Collect onboarding feedback from new hires and managers.
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
- Onboarding or credentialing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
