Ref 0000165986_1 Education level Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Contract Type Consultancy Team Support Location USA – New York or surrounding states Experience level Minimum 3 years Candidate Profile Expertise in setting up employee evaluations both online and paper based, in depth understanding of evaluation methodologies like self evaluation, peer review, 360 degree. Experience in setting up job responsibilities and converting them into KPIs that can be evaluated. A seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 3 years experience.Knowledge of industry standards and legal obligations.Proficiency in establishing clear job descriptions.Experience working with HR software including Payroll / Timesheets. The position includes a fair amount of requirements analysis and client interface. This position offers immense potential of growth and freedom of working style.
