About the role

A role in Distribution and Receive Centers means being on the very front lines of getting product to the guest as fast as possible—a critical differentiator and one of the most essential functions within Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Focusing on regional or upstream distribution centers, target.com fulfillment centers, or import warehouses
• Process and problem solving drive results in Distribution Center Operations
• Influence and maintain the good name in the retail marketplace in Quality Management
• Analyze and recalibrate to support people, process and technology investments in Distribution Center Productivity
• Build the best teams as a critical partner in Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics business
• Support organizational change and provide guidance to leaders and team members
• Recruit, retain, develop, and optimize the performance and engagement of individuals and teams
• Solve problems and deliver HR services with quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational strategy, or training and development
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations at varying levels of the organization

Qualifications

• Strong reasoning, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict

Pay

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
