    • Enroll new hires in medical, dental, vision, and other benefit plans within required enrollment windows
    • Coordinate new hire paperwork, systems access requests, and orientation logistics
  • Workers' Compensation

    • Support managers and employees in understanding and applying HR policies consistently
  • HR Business Partnership
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business units/leaders on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational needs
    • Partner with managers on employee relations issues, investigations, coaching, and corrective action processes, in coordination with HR leadership and legal as needed
    • Support performance management cycles, including goal-setting, reviews, and improvement plans
    • Provide guidance on compensation, promotions, and role changes in partnership with Compensation/Total Rewards
    • Analyze HR metrics and trends (turnover, engagement, headcount) to inform recommendations to business leaders
    • Support workforce planning, org design, and talent management initiatives
    • Assist with off-boarding processes, including exit interviews and separation compliance
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
