The Job at a Glance

Our Human Resources Assistant (internally known as “People Partner”) will play a central role in the growth of Parts Town. We're looking for a numbers-driven team player with a willingness to work cross-functionally; offering support and coordination in all areas of HR. This fast-paced role will provide a challenging opportunity for the right person who strives to increase their expertise and knowledge base of Human Resources, and HR-related projects while working with an enthusiastic team.

To Land This Opportunity

You have 1 year of Human resource related experience
You’re a Microsoft Excel guru and love to work with numbers
You meticulously pay attention to detail & have great follow through
You’re a people person, you have strong communication & problem solving skills
You thrive when given multiple projects and are a prioritizing expert
You demonstrate the capacity to adapt to change in a fast-paced atmosphere
You've ideally received a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $28.77 to $38.83 per hour, which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay-for-performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
