About the role
Responsible for supporting HR initiatives, managing employee records, and assisting in recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Support HR initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage employee records including onboarding/offboarding processes
- Aid in recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing candidate packages
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining databases and filing documents
- Provide general support to the HR team as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Experience with HRIS systems (optional but beneficial)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of HRIS systems (optional but beneficial)

Schedule
- Full-time position
