Beauvais Rehab & Healthcare is looking for a HR Director to join our administrative team. Beauvais Center is a 184-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in STL, MO. Our staff is committed to ensuring the highest quality of life for all our residents, helping each to get stronger, healthier, and happier.

HR Director/Payroll is an integral position in our administrative team. A candidate needs to be motivated to create improvement, be very involved in hiring & onboarding staff, as well as maintain a good rapport with the team.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day payroll duties and functions
• Ensuring all necessary onboarding documents & orientation for new employees
• Manage all aspects of time clock and payroll processing through the facility established system
• Help with all hiring & recruiting needs
• Complete reference checks and arrange interviews for qualified applicants for positions to be filled
• Complete necessary benefit information for employees during the termination process

Qualifications

• Minimum One (1) year HR/Payroll experience in healthcare or similar services industry
• Computer literate, and proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly, outgoing personality
