Responsibilities
- Provide facility-based human resources and payroll services
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits programs
- Handle employee relations issues
- Administer payroll processes accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- 2 years of HR and payroll experience
- Experience working as HR in the medical field (post acute, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, hospital preferred)
- HRIS Experience Required, Workday Preferred
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
