HR Director/Payroll Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide facility-based human resources and payroll services
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Manage employee benefits programs
• Handle employee relations issues
• Administer payroll processes accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• 2 years of HR and payroll experience
• Experience working as HR in the medical field (post acute, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, hospital preferred)
• HRIS Experience Required, Workday Preferred

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
