Bishop Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage nursing staff schedules
- Handle payroll coordination & timecards
- Oversee employee benefits coordination
- Manage front desk operations
- Ensure compliance with hiring/onboarding regulations
- Lead recruitment (screening, interviews, hiring)
- Support HR functions (discipline, terminations, etc.)
- Attend management meetings & assist as needed
Requirements
- HR experience in a nursing home
- HR degree or formal training (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills
