Responsibilities

• Processing payroll and ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of employee wages and benefits
• Managing HR records and maintaining accurate employee data
• Cooking employee onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing excellent customer service to employees, management, and residents
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
