What You Will Do
- Coordinate the districts off work programs (Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), childbirth, disability, worker's compensation, etc)
- Serve as the point of contact for employee benefits, assisting employees with enrollment, life changes, etc.
- Support recruitment and hiring processes for various positions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing employee inquiries and providing clear, helpful information
