Human Capital Management Analyst (PN 20037386)
What You Will Do?
- Affirmatively assist central office payroll with timesheet review, pay adjustments, and leave auditing.
- Support employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries related to retirement, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and disability programs.
- Affirmatively assist with FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs by reviewing documentation, tracking entitlements, issuing required notices, coordinating return-to-work procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Training, Orientation & Employee Engagement
- Coordinate new hire orientation and employee training, including scheduling, materials preparation, facilitation, and recordkeeping and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with new or promoted employees.
Cross-Functional HR Support
- Provide cross-trained support across all HR functions—including staffing, benefits, payroll, leave administration, EEO/ADA compliance, and labor relations—to ensure continuity of services and effective HR operations.

Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in human resources, or completion of an undergraduate core program in human resources, business, or public administration.
- 1 year of experience as a Human Capital Management Associate, or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
