About the role

Tai Flora Luxe is seeking a talented and experienced Event Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, design, and floral artistry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to conceptualize and execute event designs that align with their vision.
  • Create and manage timelines for event planning, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
  • Design and oversee floral arrangements, incorporating local and imported blooms to enhance event aesthetics.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure cohesive and visually appealing event spaces.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics for event execution.
  • Ensure all event elements—from decor to floral arrangements—are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and design.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing previous event designs and floral artistry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.

Qualifications
