Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes for à la carte and degustation menus.
• Collaborate with the Chef Patron to innovate and refine menu offerings.
• Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship, presentation, and consistency.
• Work with seasonal and premium ingredients to create visually stunning and flavorful dishes.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operational standards.
• Contribute to a creative and detail-oriented kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on creativity, texture, and presentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining precision.
