Responsibilities

• Uphold the restaurant’s high standards for food presentation, quality, and seasonality.
• Maintain knowledge of the regularly changing menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
• Ensure guest comfort, addressing any needs promptly and courteously, including assisting with outdoor seating and amenities.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to create a seamless dining experience.
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong understanding of Mediterranean and fusion cuisine.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
