Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling, training, and supervising housekeeping staff
- Ensuring guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Developing and implementing housekeeping procedures and policies
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Communicating with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special requests
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues related to housekeeping services
- Holding oneself accountable to uphold health and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strong attention to detail
