HSE Coordinator

Join a dynamic team as an HSE Coordinator for an electrical contractor on a large data center construction project. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the project.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety orientations 2-3 days a week, covering PPE and job-specific requirements.
• Manage and process certification paperwork, scan IDs, and maintain organized records.
• Provide on-site HSE support and assist with safety-related tasks.
• Engage with large groups confidently and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Safety and administrative support experience.
• 2-3 years of construction safety-related experience.
• Experience running orientations and engaging large groups.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction safety.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a contractor.
• A safety degree is advantageous.
• Entry-level opportunity with room for skill expansion.

Work Environment

• Work on-site at a large data center project in Fort Wayne, IN.
• Role involves working from a job trailer or training tent with typical hours being 8-hour days, 6 days a week.
• Safety gear including steel-toed shoes, hard hats, safety vests, and glasses are required outside the trailer.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
