Join a dynamic team as an HSE Coordinator for an electrical contractor on a large data center construction project. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and smooth operation of the project.
Responsibilities
- Conduct safety orientations 2-3 days a week, covering PPE and job-specific requirements.
- Manage and process certification paperwork, scan IDs, and maintain organized records.
- Provide on-site HSE support and assist with safety-related tasks.
- Engage with large groups confidently and communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Safety and administrative support experience.
- 2-3 years of construction safety-related experience.
- Experience running orientations and engaging large groups.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety.
Qualifications
- Experience working for a contractor.
- A safety degree is advantageous.
- Entry-level opportunity with room for skill expansion.
Work Environment
- Work on-site at a large data center project in Fort Wayne, IN.
- Role involves working from a job trailer or training tent with typical hours being 8-hour days, 6 days a week.
- Safety gear including steel-toed shoes, hard hats, safety vests, and glasses are required outside the trailer.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
