About the role

PAL's Internship Program "In-Step" is a stipend-based work readiness and internship program for young adults aged 16 to 19. The program is structured into two parts, each lasting 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Attend work readiness workshops for 10 weeks.
• Be an integral member of the team and provide ongoing assistance to worksite staff.
• Be team-oriented, have a positive outlook, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, have the ability to be adaptable and creative, and be flexible to make changes as needed.

Requirements

• Must be between the ages of 16 to 19.
• Must be residents of New York City.
• Must be willing to attend workshops as scheduled.
