About the role
Join our team of technical sales and support professionals for Power Generation Capital Equipment. We are seeking an experienced individual to provide after-sales service and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Document and maintain customer records
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote products
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales or support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
