Responsibilities
- Manage and grow aftermarket sales within assigned territory.
- Promote preventative maintenance (PM) contracts and long-term service agreements.
- Identify opportunities for parts replacement, overhauls, and retrofits.
- Track warranty expiration and convert customers to paid service contracts.
- Prepare quotations for parts and service proposals.
- Cook with technical site assessments.
- Monitor competitor service activity in assigned accounts.
- Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure healthy receivables.
- Achieve monthly and annual aftermarket sales targets.
Requirements
- Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Engineering preferred
- Work Experience: 3-5 years in generator, power generation, or heavy equipment sales
- Knowledge/Skills:
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of diesel engine generators; excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proven record of exceeding sales targets; superb leadership ability
- Skills: Good English communication skills; be familiar with office software
