After Market Sales Representative (Power Generation)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow aftermarket sales within assigned territory.
  • Promote preventative maintenance (PM) contracts and long-term service agreements.
  • Identify opportunities for parts replacement, overhauls, and retrofits.
  • Track warranty expiration and convert customers to paid service contracts.
  • Prepare quotations for parts and service proposals.
  • Cook with technical site assessments.
  • Monitor competitor service activity in assigned accounts.
  • Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure healthy receivables.
  • Achieve monthly and annual aftermarket sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Engineering preferred
  • Work Experience: 3-5 years in generator, power generation, or heavy equipment sales
  • Knowledge/Skills:
    • Knowledge: Strong understanding of diesel engine generators; excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; proven record of exceeding sales targets; superb leadership ability
    • Skills: Good English communication skills; be familiar with office software
