Responsibilities

• Install and perform maintenance on windows at construction sites, including screen installation and window balancing.
• Replace glass and/or sashes.
• Clean windows upon completion of installation.
• Write routine reports and correspondence for small-group presentations.
• Perform warehouse duties such as stocking inventory and loading/unloading semi-trailers.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and documents (e.g., policy and procedure manuals).
• Ability to write short correspondence and memos, and effectively present information one-on-one.
• Capability to lift up to 80 pounds periodically.
• Ability to handle problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
