About the role
The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support recruitment processes by processing applications and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare reports and analyze data related to HR functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS management or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and best practices.
- Experience with HRIS software such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
