The HRIS Specialist supports Human Resources operations through accurate employee data management, HRIS administration, onboarding documentation, and payroll support activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains employee records
• Ensures the integrity of HR and payroll data
• Processes employee lifecycle transactions
• Provides first-level support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries

Requirements

Serves as a key contributor to onboarding, HR compliance, electronic recordkeeping, and system accuracy within Paylocity. Helps ensure employee information, employment documentation, payroll records, and HR transactions are entered, maintained, and audited accurately while supporting a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
