HRIS Manager

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of HR information systems to ensure reliable daily operations.
  • Oversee HRIS implementation activities, including planning, coordination, testing, and post-deployment support.
  • Analyze system performance, workflows, and user needs to recommend enhancements that strengthen efficiency and accuracy.
  • Partner with HR, payroll, IT, and business leaders to define system requirements and deliver practical technology solutions.
  • Manage data integrity within the HRIS environment by monitoring audits, resolving discrepancies, and supporting governance standards.
  • Produce and refine reports, dashboards, and analytics that help leadership make informed workforce decisions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate resolutions, and serve as a key resource for escalated HRIS-related questions.
  • Support configuration updates, process improvements, and documentation for HR technology changes and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing HRIS platforms in a business environment that requires strong attention to detail.
  • Strong background in HRIS implementation, system analysis, and process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience working with UltiPro HRIS or closely related human resources systems.
  • Solid understanding of HR data structures, reporting methods, and information accuracy standards.
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience identifying root causes of system issues and driving timely resolution.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as UltiPro or similar systems.
  • Other: Familiarity with HRIS best practices and regulatory compliance.
