Maintain, support, and optimize the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) UKG Pro
- Ensure accuracy, security, and integrity of employee data.
- Serve as the main contact for HRIS users by providing technical support, training, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of HRIS, HR operations, or related experience.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (UKG, Workforce Management, or similar).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Customer service focus with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technical knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Adaptable, quick learner, and process improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee data in UKG Pro and Workforce Management (WFM).
- Serve as the primary contact for HRIS-related issues and escalate as needed.
- Manage historical edits in WFM.
- Monitor internal Payroll email inbox and triage HRIS-related issues with the Payroll team.
- Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams with data processing, audits, and reconciliations.
- Provide support for core HR processes, including onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management, and payroll integration.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and automation.
- Manage HRIS security roles and permissions to ensure proper access controls.
- Train and guide end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams on system upgrades, enhancements, and configuration changes.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HRIS usage.
- Participate in HR technology projects, including testing, documentation, and user acceptance.
