HRIS Analyst - Oracle Fusion

This role serves as a liaison between the IT organization and business stakeholders, supporting Oracle Fusion HCM systems across a range of HR business processes. Must be located in the Houston, TX area; relocation is not provided.

About the role

The HRIS Analyst I (Oracle Fusion HCM) requires an understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time and Labor. The position supports the prioritization of initiatives and helps identify opportunities where Oracle Fusion HCM technology can add business value in collaboration with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between IT and HR business stakeholders to support Oracle Fusion HCM systems.
• Support HR business processes including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time and Labor.
• Assist in prioritizing HR technology initiatives and identifying opportunities for business value through Oracle Fusion HCM.
