We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to support human resources systems and daily HR operations for a services organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a long-term contract position well suited for an entry-level candidate who enjoys combining system administration, reporting, and employee support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the HRIS, with emphasis on maintaining system functionality and reliable employee records.
- Produce recurring and custom HR reports, interpret findings, and share useful workforce data with internal partners.
- Monitor data quality across the system by reviewing entries, correcting discrepancies, and upholding record accuracy.
- Provide administrative support for HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding coordination and documentation management.
- Maintain organized employee files and ensure HR records are updated, complete, and handled appropriately.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to address ongoing operational needs and support business priorities.
- Contribute to employee engagement efforts and help coordinate culture-focused initiatives and internal HR programs.
- Recommend and support improvements to HRIS workflows and related administrative processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in human resources, HRIS support, or a combination of both.
- Practical experience working with Paycom is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to administer HR systems, generate reports, and manage employee data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and process consistency.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Comfortable balancing technical HRIS responsibilities with broader HR administrative and generalist support.
