HRIS Administrator

About the Role

This role is based in Houston, TX, and offers a salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year. The position is eligible for medical benefits, paid time off (PTO), and a 401k plan.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary system administrator for all HR technology platforms, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, learning management, and related systems.
• Serves as the primary liaison with HR technology vendors.
• Coordinates issue resolution, system support, and software enhancements.
• Conducts audits for data integrity.
• Creates reporting for HR, payroll, benefits, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Provides troubleshooting support and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HRIS administration or HR technology experience.
• Hands-on UKG Pro experience required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency.
• PHR certification.
