Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates the system, including configurations, workflows, and role-based permissions.
- Generates custom and scheduled reports.
- Conducts analysis on data and ensures data integrity.
- PARTNERS WITHIN THE HRIS AND DEPARTMENT TEAMS IN THE MAINTENANCE AND UPDATE OF ORGANIZATION-WIDE DASHBOARDS.
- Reviews and processes day-to-day actions in the HRIS.
- RESPONDS TO HRIS INQUIRIES, PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT, TRAINING, AND GUIDANCE TO USERS ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION.
- SUPPORTS HRIS PROJECTS, INITIATIVES AND PRIORITIES, COLLABORATING WITH TEAMS ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION.
- Maintains documentation and works to safeguard employee information.
- STAYS AWARE OF THE LATEST HR TECHNOLOGY TRENDS AND INNOVATIONS, RECOMMENDING UPDATES OR NEW SYSTEMS TO MAINTAIN A COMPETITIVE EDGE.
- ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL EMPLOYMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HRIS or related roles.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of HR processes and data, including payroll, benefits, talent management, and compliance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced/growth-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work onsite at SPA Headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
