HRBP Manager, Education & Research

About the Role

For our client, we are seeking a HRBP Manager Education & Research to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will serve as a strategic people partner to business leaders, helping connect talent strategy with operating priorities. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence team performance, leadership capability, and scalable people practices within a Business Services environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$110,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters
• Analyze workforce trends to implement solutions supporting business goals
• Drive organizational development and employee engagement to enhance outcomes
• Collaborate with COEs to design and evaluate HR programs
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Education & Research Industry for strategic recommendations
• Lead execution of annual HR processes including performance management and talent assessment
• Provide tactical support for daily business operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience; global experience preferred
• Experience in management consulting or professional services industry preferred

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS technology applications (Workday)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to streamline HR workflows
