Description
Serves approximately 15k end users for the Time and Attendance system eTime/UKG Prof WFM.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain incoming requests in Service Now ticket system.
- Complete historical edits for pay, attendance and leave.
- Complete accrual updates requested by HR.
- Generate and create ad hoc reports as requested.
- Complete mass group edits as needed.
- Troubleshoot access issues sent in by employee, managers.
- Execute pay period close procedures - sign off and produce SAP timefiles for Payroll.
- Keep necessary documentation to stay SOX compliant.
- Be the liaison between HR and Superusers for enhancements.
- Work with end users and provide training as needed.
- Perform audits.
Key Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred but not required (eTime/Kronos-UKG Pro WFM/Time and Labor preferred).
- Strong Customer Support Excellence skills focusing on: Delivering support within agreed timelines to high standard.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently.
Pay
$25.00 - $30.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
