Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily operations of the Human Resources IT Technology team
- Development and implementation of new HR systems and solutions
- Recommendations for improving HR procedures to enhance efficiency
- Prioritization and management of the HR technology project portfolio
- Collaboration with HR Leadership and CHRO on the technology roadmap
- Acting as the primary liaison between HR, IT, and key stakeholders
- Coordination with IT staff for system upgrades and maintenance
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or HR IT roles
- 6-8 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with SAP and third-party vendor integrations preferred
- Workday HCM experience required, knowledge of multiple modules preferred
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and reporting
- Workday or HR technology certifications preferred
