About the role
MITY Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Talent Partner to support key parts of the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and talent processes. This role will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand staffing needs, support a strong candidate and new hire experience, improve recruiting workflows, and help keep important HR processes organized and moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day recruiting activity, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer letters.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand open roles, hiring needs, candidate preferences, interview availability, and hiring timelines.
- Manage relationships with staffing agency partners, including communication around open roles, candidate needs, temp staffing updates, and follow-up expectations.
- Track recruiting activity, candidate flow, and hiring results to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Manage and track job advertising budgets and recruiting resources, including staffing agency costs, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job posting platforms.
- Support a positive candidate and new hire experience by keeping communication timely, professional, and organized throughout recruiting and onboarding.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding with new hires, managers, and internal teams.
- Support HRIS updates and employee lifecycle tasks related to schedule assignments, new hires, job changes, reviews, and employee records.
- Coordinate quarterly review processes, including sending forms, tracking completion, entering information, and following up as needed.
- Provide general HR support to employees and leaders while maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information with discretion.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related role, with experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or similar environment is preferred.
