HR Systems and Services Coordinator

About the role

The HR Systems and Services Coordinator provides administrative and audit support across payroll processing, and both HRIS and benefits administration. This role assists with bi-weekly payroll audits and data entry, provides administrative support to HRIS on assigned system tasks and projects, supports the Benefits team with administrative tasks such as billing, vendor audits, and claims review, and monitors shared HR inboxes to respond to route incoming inquiries. The position works under the direction of Benefits, Payroll and HRIS stakeholders to help ensure accurate data, timely processing, and consistent support across HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring pre- and post-payroll audits for bi-weekly payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, taxes, and exception reporting.
• Review payroll-related reports for accuracy and completeness, identify discrepancies, and escalate for resolution to support timely payroll processing.
• Research payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies by reviewing system data, transaction history, and supporting documentation, escalating as needed.
• Assist with gathering documentation and records to support internal and external audits.
• Provide administrative support to HRIS on system maintenance tasks, data entry, and assigned HRIS projects.
• Assist with routine HRIS data entry and employee record updates as directed.
