About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage pre-onboarding activities for new hires
- Schedule phone screens and interviews
- Process I-9s and E-Verify documentation
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records
- Aid with recruiting and onboarding administration
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Aid with benefits administration and other HR functions as needed
- Help keep recruiting and HR processes organized in a high-volume environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting, HR coordination, or HR administrative experience
- Experience supporting recruiting in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Familiarity with onboarding, interviewing, and HR compliance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- ATS/HRIS experience; UKG or BambooHR experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurance requirements
