Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business growth, organizational performance, and long-term workforce needs.
- Lead high-impact transformation initiatives that modernize HR processes, improve organizational effectiveness, and enhance the employee experience.
- Drive organizational design and workforce planning efforts, identifying capability gaps, succession needs, and talent strategies that prepare the business for the future.
- Shape leadership and talent programs by partnering with senior leaders on succession planning, high-potential development, and executive talent discussions.
- Transform the HR operating model by improving service delivery, governance, HR technologies, and cross-functional ways of working.
- Manage enterprise-wide projects that require collaboration across HR, operations, finance, and business leadership teams to deliver measurable business results.
- Lead change management strategies that enable successful adoption of new processes, structures, systems, and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnership, organizational effectiveness, management consulting, workforce strategy, or HR transformation.
- Proven success leading complex organizational or HR transformation initiatives from strategy development through implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders while building alignment across diverse teams.
- Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management practices.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- A passion for building high-performing organizations, developing leaders, and driving meaningful business impact through people strategies.
