Key Responsibilities
- Onboard, change, and offboard employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Provide HR-related support and resources to employees
- Support consistent people operations processes and internal communications
- Prepare and maintain workforce reports and operational tracking
- Support reporting and analytics related to turnover, headcount, and employee trends
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes through technology, automation, and AI tools
- Auxiliary with optimization of people systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Coordinate HR vendor, system, and administrative processes
- Support HR initiatives and special projects
- Communicate and engage employees
- Coordinate onboarding and employee recognition activities
- Contribute to improving operational effectiveness and employee experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Approximately 3+ years of HR or related experience
- Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Experience working with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)
- Comfortable leveraging technology, digital tools, and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
