Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard, change, and offboard employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
  • Provide HR-related support and resources to employees
  • Support consistent people operations processes and internal communications
  • Prepare and maintain workforce reports and operational tracking
  • Support reporting and analytics related to turnover, headcount, and employee trends
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes through technology, automation, and AI tools
  • Auxiliary with optimization of people systems, workflows, and operational processes
  • Coordinate HR vendor, system, and administrative processes
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects
  • Communicate and engage employees
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee recognition activities
  • Contribute to improving operational effectiveness and employee experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Approximately 3+ years of HR or related experience
  • Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
  • Experience working with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP preferred)
  • Comfortable leveraging technology, digital tools, and social media platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
