About the role
We execute the day-to-day benefits administrative function with a focus on ACA compliance, benefits administration, and support for team members and properties. We also assist with training and organizational development, communications, and recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Supports ACA compliance and benefits administration
- Coordinates annual open enrollment and wellness events
- Aids team members with benefits enrollment and navigation
- Facilitates communication and information exchange
- Creates and prints training materials and promotional materials
- Supports organizational development activities
- Enters data and ensures HRIS/Payroll alignment
- Maintains I9 information and processes new hires
- Performs routine audits and assists with payroll distribution
- Assists with candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Performs specialized administrative duties and prepares reports
- Maintains confidentiality and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supports customer service and resolves conflicts
- Works flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years related experience preferred
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Previous HRIS experience
- Experience with Ultipro and iCIMS
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests, staff, and colleagues
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
Qualifications
- Advanced level skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Previous HR experience preferred
- Experience with Ultipro and iCIMS preferred
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Professional office environment experience
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in vocabulary, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading
- Excellent telephone manners and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfort with flexibility in priorities and work assignments
- Approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential, and helpful manner
