About the role
The HR Solutions Partner 2 supports the human resources function in the implementation and execution of effective human resource policies and practices which help the assigned client group achieve their business results. The HR Solutions Partner 2 works across multiple Human Resources sub-families including: Compensation, Benefits, Strategic Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisition, HR program/policy development, administration, compliance, employee hiring, onboarding, training, termination, records maintenance, employee and labor relations and communications.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and independently determine the appropriate courses of action for HR consulting and coaching.
- Work with business leaders to solve significant people issues.
- Provide expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment, including hiring, contingent labor, policy, process & practices, administration, performance management, workforce reductions, etc.
- Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
Requirements
- Experience working and performing in a matrix driven environment.
- Strong demonstrated organizational and communication skills with the ability to present to various audiences and leadership levels.
- Demonstrated ability to consult to various business leaders and work across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ or more years of experience of applied HR experience in various corporate functions.
- 2+ or more years of experience in employment laws and strong investigation experience.
- Experience with Workday, Service Now, or other related HRIS and service support systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office Programs.
Skills
- Relevant certifications.
- HR experience within clinical/primary care sector.

Pay
$65,000 - $88,600 per year
