Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or related fields
• Demonstrated employee relations skills and understanding of employment law
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
• Autonomous, resourceful with a solutions-focused mindset
• Proficiency in HR policies, organizational change, and project support

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with reorgs, transformations, or large-scale projects
• Knowledge of US employment law and regulations
• Experience in global or multi-regional HR environments
• Certifications related to HR (SHRM, PHR, SPHR)
• Experience using change management frameworks and tools
