Your influence will help shape a thriving workplace culture while working closely with senior leaders and HR teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR or related fields
- Demonstrated employee relations skills and understanding of employment law
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
- Autonomous, resourceful with a solutions-focused mindset
- Proficiency in HR policies, organizational change, and project support
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with reorgs, transformations, or large-scale projects
- Knowledge of US employment law and regulations
- Experience in global or multi-regional HR environments
- Certifications related to HR (SHRM, PHR, SPHR)
- Experience using change management frameworks and tools
