HR Service Specialist (Junior HR Generalist)

Serve as the first point of contact for managers regarding HR-related questions and employee matters.

Provide guidance on HR policies, attendance concerns, corrective actions, and employee relations issues.

Conduct intake conversations, gather relevant facts, document employee concerns, and escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) when appropriate.

Support recruitment activities, including job openings, internal job changes, and hiring workflows.

Aid in HR operational processes, workflow approvals, and basic HR reporting.

Review and process HR workflow transactions within PeopleSoft (workflow review only; this is not an HRIS administration role).

Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently while maintaining confidentiality.

Partner with managers to resolve employee concerns and provide timely HR support.

Deliver outstanding customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
