HR Representative / Recruiting Specialist

About the role

Tilson is seeking a detail‑oriented and people‑focused Human Resources Representative / Recruiting Specialist to support full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and off‑boarding
• Support employee relations, engagement activities, and recognition programs
• Assist with benefits communication and enrollment
• Maintain accurate HR records, forms, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Prepare OSHA reporting and support workers’ compensation processes
• Provide general HR and administrative support
• Travel to company locations within the state as needed

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with Lattice and Paylocity is a plus
