About the Role
This is an independent contractor opportunity for experienced HR, Talent, and Recruitment professionals to apply their skills in a different professional setting, focused on communication, leadership, personal development, and relationship building. It is not a traditional HR or recruitment position.
What You'll Be Doing
As an independent contractor, your activities may include:
- Developing professional relationships through online networking
- Having conversations with people interested in leadership and professional development
- Sharing relevant resources, ideas and educational information
- Communicating through platforms such as LinkedIn, social media, Zoom and email
- Building your skills in professional communication and relationship development
- Participating in structured training and ongoing development
- Learning established systems and processes
- Organising your own schedule and managing your daily activity
Your Experience
What we're looking for is someone who has:
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with people, teams or professional development
- Confidence using digital communication platforms
- The ability to build authentic professional high-level relationships with high performing executives
- Strong self-management and organisational skills
- Initiative and a willingness to learn
- An interest in leadership and success education
