HR Recruiter / Coordinator | Hastings, MN | $26-$29/hr

Job Summary

I'm partnering with a well-established transportation organization that has been serving customers for decades and is known for its strong family-oriented culture. Following significant recent growth, they're looking to add an HR Recruiter / Coordinator to their team.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
• Serve as a key HR contact for employee questions
• Maintain personnel records and HR systems
• Aid with training programs, reporting, and HR projects

Requirements

• 1+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience, or a degree in HR or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Energetic, people-focused personality with a passion for creating a positive employee experience
• Experience with HRIS systems; Workday exposure is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Location & Schedule

📍 Hastings, MN (100% onsite)
🕒 Monday-Friday ; 40 hours per week

Compensation

$26-$29/hour DOE
