About the Job

The HR Recruiter is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-quality talent. This role partners closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to support current and future workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level positions across multiple functions, including high-volume roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce plans, and hiring priorities
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, agencies, and professional networks
  • Screens, interviews, and assesses candidates using competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at career events and job fairs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare regular hiring reports
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Negotiate job offers and support the successful closing of candidates
  • Implement and establish internship program to create a direct source of pre-vetted candidates for future full-time roles
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as required

Basic Qualifications

  • Strategic thinking and workforce planning capability
  • Strong interviewing, evaluation, and candidate assessment skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Adaptability and effectiveness in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Over 2 years of talent acquisition experience, including senior-level or hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and applicable labor legislation
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Industry-specific hiring experience (e.g., manufacturing) is preferred
